Artel appoints Marty Dugan as Director of Corporate Marketing

New director set to lead Artel's market communications strategy
Artel today announced the promotion of Marty Dugan to the position of Director, Corporate Marketing. Mr. Dugan will direct Artel's corporate and product promotion initiatives in the cable TV and telecommunications marketplace and will oversee public relations, advertising, event management and website programs.
Dugan has 15 years of experience in the broadband hardware infrastructure marketplace. He has held positions in engineering, operations and marketing at leading companies in the US and Europe including BarcoNet, Teradyne, and Raytheon. In his most recent position, Mr. Dugan lead Artel's Cross Stream™ product launch campaign, corporate public relations and advertising initiatives in both the domestic and international marketplace.
