Exclusive Supply of Terrestrial Transmitters
"Continental Microwave has signed a frame contract with Castle Transmission International, formerly the transmission arm of the British Broadcasting Corp., for exclusive supply of digital terrestrial television transmitters at low and medium powers. The agreement also covers the turnkey installation of the transmitters and ventilation plant and commissioning of the 81 station network presently under construction in the UK.
CTI is the dominant supplier of UK DTT infrastructure, having won the BBC and all three BDB multiplexers. The multi million pound agreement with CML extends to the year 2001."
