Avid Hits Awards Jackpot in Vegas; Avid Receives 12 Industry Awards at National Association of Broadcasters Convention

Avid Technology, Inc. a leader in digital non-linear editing, has recently been recognized for product excellence, customer service and production technology with awards from a variety of industry publications. AV Video Multimedia Producer, Post and Film & Video each presented Avid with awards at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention in Las Vegas, NV last month.

Avid received five awards from AV Video at NAB. AV Video's Platinum Awards are chosen by its readers every year and all products introduced between fall 1999 and fall 2000 were considered for this year's honors. The following Avid products were recognized:
