Cable Technologies International of New York, Inc. Expands Operation

In a move designed to triple the New York operation, Pete Morse, President of Cable Technologies International of New York, Inc. announced that effective October, 1998, Cable Technologies International of New York, Inc. will be opening a new facility in Mechanicville, NY. This is approximately 20 minutes north of Albany, NY. Morse said that the new facility would enable us to bring all of our New York operations under one roof. This facility, which will include a new 10,000 square foot warehouse, will provide the opportunity to grow to meet the expanding markets that we serve and plan to serve.

Morse emphasized the new facility will be located in the upstate New York area, which is developing rapidly. He indicated that this area has the potential to become another Route 128 in Massachusetts. The City of Mechanicville has been very helpful in providing resources to enable us to expand into this great community. The Mechanicville area offers our employees an excellent quality of living, and retains a rural setting with urban conveniences. The proximity to Albany and excellent highway system will enable us to broaden our employment market area to meet the growing demands of our cable and injection molding operations as well as screen printing operations.

Morse noted that since taking over Converter Parts operation originally located in Esperance, NY in 1995, Cable Technologies International of New York, Inc. has introduced over 100 new products. With our new operation we will be able to better serve our ever-growing customer base.
