For heavy-duty switching in a production environment, the AV-HS3100 10-input switcher provides excellent picture quality, 10-bit digital video with 14-bit processing with digital filtering for high-quality keying. Its switching capabilities provide 1080I/1035I SMPTE 240/260/274M, 10-bit 74.25MHz, and full bandwidth HDTV. Features of the powerful digital effects generator include mosaic, freezing, expanding, multi-move and defocusing. Six SDI inputs are standard, with up to ten optional. Three HD-SDI outputs are standard, with a maximum of six optional. Options in addition to the DVE include up to 150 wipe patterns, luminance and chroma keyers.
