The PSYset virtual set uses real-stationary cameras virtually simulating studio camera moves, without any camera-tracking systems, giving your virtual sets depth and realism. Compact and very easy-to-set-up, PSYset is designed for both on-site and off-site broadcast.

With its patented trackless technology, PSYset uses the output of fixed studio cameras to generate multiple camera perspectives, including zooms in and out, pans and tilts. Ideal for small sets, PSYset's applications include talk shows, news, sports and weather reports.

• Built-in camera switch with effects
• 1 D1 video+key input for the anchorman, 1 D1 video+key input for a video screen in the set, 1 background video
• Up to 4 quarters of screen resolution D1 inputs (hypervideo option)
• 2 frames audio delay (no video delay)
• Character generation with Inscriber software
• Internal 15 minutes uncompressed storage (optional key and audio)
• On-air control and last minute modifications using VirtualFX « Set » software
• 14 to 16 screen-size graphics of texture memory
• 2 directional lights, 1 ambient light with Phong method
• Field-based rendering with Phong shading
• Camera view, and effects playlist management
• GPI for synchronisation to/of external system
• Audio jingle playback
• Dedicated keyboard for on-air operations
• All the features of PSYfx and PSYnews for simultaneous or sequential use on other TV programs
