RapidAccess MPEG-2 video server provides flexibility for news, sports, or any other type of programming
RapidAccess MPEG-2 video server provides flexibility for news, sports, or any other type of programming. The server has an open-architecture and easily expanded solution. The server allows recording and monitoring on one channel while playing back four other streams simultaneously.

Its off-the-shelf, centralized storage means the server can play back media on any channel immediately after recording with no transfer delays, caching, or unnecessary file duplication. The system provides the flexibility to handle multiple playlists that the user can move between, based on last-minute changes in scheduling, programming, or content flow. Starting with a single server unit, systems can be expanded to tens of channels, dozens of workstations, and thousands of hours of storage. Disk storage is configurable from gigabytes to terabytes, with hundreds of internal and external combinations available.
