High Performance Surveillance and Tracking TV Camera 202-005
The Camera's ruggedised housing is sealed and pressurised for use in the most severe environmental requirements encountered in a military vehicle or naval vessel. It is fully protected against EMC and will operate fully automatically over a wide illumination range from sunlight through twilight producing clear, sharp images. In addition to a fully remote operation, the cameras may be adjusted manually to optimise the image in extreme viewing conditions. Remote operation of the camera functions including the Field of View and Focus are provided by an RS422 serial data link.
The latest high resolution CCD frame transfer technology is employed with a 1000 pixel resolution, which includes a Peltier Cooler to ensure a good signal to noise ratio at high operational temperatures. The camera features all solid state electronics which combine the advantages of boresight stability, high reliability, long life, small size and low weight.
