Scan Do Ultra provides conversion of high-resolution computer workstation video, including VGA and Mac, to standard televison video (NTSC/PAL). Outputs include composite, S-video, RGB and component, with the Scan Do Ultra/D also offering serial digital video output (SMPTE 259). The unit, which stands only one rack-unit high, also has a built-in down converter used to convert high resolution computer workstation video to SVGA, VGA and Mac resolutions.

Scan Do Ultra's auto sync circuitry will lock to all computer resolutions up to 1600 x 1280 (24 to 98 kHz) and the product is usable with all non-interlaced computers, all application software, all display resolutions and in all operating environments.
