Randy Hines, the founder and president, has an overriding philosophy that the Internet is like a company's best salesman, that can come calling again and again. Mr. Hines has been involved in the Internet and Internet marketing since the early days, and has been a web designer, developer and webmaster for several years. He formed eMarket nSights in 1998, and has worked with companies such as Comp-USA, Belkin, Universal Studios, KMart and others.

Jay Goth joined ENI in 2000, and serves as CEO. Jay has extensive marketing experience, with his most recent position being Sr. Vice President of Marketing for Commonwealth Energy Corp. As a founding executive of that company, Mr. Goth was instrumental in helping the company grow from 6 to 200 employees over three years, with revenues in the third fiscal year approaching $100 million. Prior to Commonwealth, Mr. Goth owned two other marketing companies, one in the real estate industry and one in the child safety industry.

ENI is located in Henderson, Nevada, with corporate offices in Tustin, California.
