Alpha Wedge Acoustical Foam

The cost-effective, high-performing Alpha Wedge Acoustical Foam provides strong sound absorption and noise reduction over a wide of range of frequencies. Typically known for its "eggshell face", it is sold by the individual sheet so you order the exact amount needed for your specific application. Alpha Wedge Foam is available in two sheet sizes: 24" x 48" or 48" x 48", and in three thicknesses: 2", 3", or 4".

For applications, cover 50-70% of your wall space, but note that the foam does not block sound from going through a wall. Alpha Wedge foam absorbs echo bouncing back into the room to control reverberation. Please note: that the Alpha Wedge foam is not symmetrical and the pattern may not line up from piece to piece as the Alpha Pyramid foam does, but is less expensive.

Most applications entail gluing these panels to a wall using a silicone based caulk (our product AAAD). One tube of caulk for every 8 panels (or 32 square feet). Other installation suggestions include velcro strips or tape.
