SOLON, OH –Bird, a leading provider of radio frequency-based products, systems, and services, today announced that it has agreed to sell its Radio Infrastructure Products Division (RFIP), formerly known as TX RX Systems to the Combilent Group.  Combilent USA will operate under the TX RX Systems, Inc. name from their US headquarters in Angola, New York.

The RFIP division acquired by the Combilent Group includes products and services for requirements for VHF, UHF, 700/800/900 MHz transmitter combiners, receive multicouplers, filters, duplexers, and tower top amplifiers (TTAs).
