SpectraView Carrier Management Software monitors uplink and downlink performance by analyzing the RF signal directly, ensuring optimum performance and avoiding problems with contract obligations. The system continuously monitors the signal and calculates power levels and other RF characteristics in real-time, making comparisons and alerting operators when carriers operate out of range, or when a contract violation occurs. In addition, problems in equipment can be detected before traffic is affected, eliminating unnecessary outages.

1. Oracom Carrier Management Software CD for Windows NT 4.0 or higher
2. R3131 Personal Spectrum Analyzer recommended, others supported (contact the company for details)

• Continuous power calculation of any number of segments of a spectral scan
• Real-time limit detection and alarm notification
• Historical logging - either stand-alone, or integrated with the company's OraView Software
