Cellular Band High Power Amplifier: CMIPA‑L19P20 Datasheet

The CMIPA‑L19P20 is a cellular band high-power amplifier designed to operate over the 1880 – 1920 MHz frequency range at 20 W power. Features include high linearity, base station quality, low noise figure, and operating voltages at 28 VDC. The amplifier also includes TDD, and temperature and power monitoring capabilities.
