Running on UNIX-based servers, iMagicTV, Inc. provides the server suite and software to support end-to-end, managed content distribution. The iMagicTV, Inc. application server provides a central point of communication, along with a platform for Java application servers. The application servers are used by software clients -- including set-top box clients -- running within the component server, and by remote JAVA proxy software, running on the administration workstations, and other servers on the service provider's secure LAN.
