Source: Orad Inc.
Using a combination of commercially available video graphics technologies and custom-made hardware, the DVG produces broadcast quality video.
The DVG-10 videographics workstation for the broadcast and TV production industries runs on Windows NT or 2000. Using a combination of commercially available video graphics technologies and custom-made hardware, the DVG produces broadcast quality video. It provides for dual SDI video outputs, each with SDI alpha, and dual SDI inputs, locked to an external or internal genlock.

The DVG-10 has matchless video and graphic performance with up to 31 million triangles/sec; up to 1 billion pixels/sec; full scene anti-aliasing; and PC-based with NT or Windows 2000 control. It is based on two Pentium 4 single processor PCs and packaged in a 5 RU size chassis. Each DVG-10 may contain two rendering engines or one control and one rendering computer. This flexible architecture permits having one DVG Control unit for an unlimited number of rendering channels. They may be connected in a standard network connection, multiplying graphic performance.

Orad is offering its innovation OnAir graphics, CyberGraphics, and its world acclaimed CyberSet NT on the DVG-10 platform.

Orad has recently signed an OEM with DreamTeam to combine the Typhoon software and Orad's camera tracking system powered by the new DVG.

Orad is also offering the DVG-10 as a OEM for suppliers of Character Generators, animation services, motion capture industries and other users who need superior graphic and video performance.
