Encoda Systems, a new company resulting from the merging of Columbine JDS Systems, Inc. , DAL/Drake Automation, and Enterprise Software, made its official debut at NATPE in Las Vegas, this week, offering an end to end business and media delivery system for the broadcast and new media industries.

To promote its new product offerings, Encoda announced the launch of mediapromoz.com, a fully interactive Web site, that delivers broadcast campaigns, custom program development, and a search engine of more than 450,000 promotional products – all of which can be customized with logos and marketing messages. In addition to the large product selection, mediapromoz.com's marketing staff of promotion specialists will offer assistance on promotional campaigns to its customer base.

"It's a totally new approach," said Rob McConnell, COO. "We summed up all the frustrations that we'd heard from our clients who had struggled with promotional programs, and realized that we have the market knowledge, size, and sourcing capabilities to assist broadcasters."

The new company is expected to have revenues of over $200 million in FY2000.
