The PRO-8 and PRO-16 Event Controllers provide solutions for automated videotape playback, unattended recording, and video/audio switching
Leightronix, Inc.ix Event Controller provides unattended, automatic control over a wide variety of video devices including VCR's; video/audio routing switchers; laser disc players; DVD players; and the like. The basic building blocks of an Event Controller include a built-in real time clock, VCR (or other video player) control, video/audio switching control, and a programmable database of "events". User programmable events are entered from the front panel or via a computer telling the Event Controller what to do and when. When the Event Controller "sees" a match between the current day and time and a programmed event, the event is executed, typically starting a VCR and switching video/audio signals. Most Leightronix Event Controllers include a built-in video/audio switcher ranging in size from eight inputs by one output to 16 inputs by four outputs. For larger systems, the TCD-1000EA controls an external routing switcher with as many as 250 outputs! Leightronix provides the most comprehensive lineup of Event Controllers in the industry. From the low cost MINI-T-PRO to the extremely powerful MVP-2000 Digital Video Player, Leightronix has a controller to fit your application and budget.New Page 1
