FireStore enables videographers to record DV video from their video camera
or video deck's FireWire output directly to virtually any FireWire Hard Disk
Drive without the need for a computer. Recorded files can then be used
immediately in video applications on the desktop when the drive is connected
to a Macintosh or Windows based computer. FireStore also works as a
stand-alone DV record and playback device. Features include VTR-like
controls, LCD status display, multiple HDD support, still record, variable
speed and direction playback, GPI Serial and FireWire remote control, disk
to host bypass and auto clip creation.
