The unit features 1024 x 1024 pixels and is capable of displaying HDTV digital signals, including 1080/24sf, 1080/60i, 1035/60i, 480/60p, 480/60i NTSC and PAL, making it flexible enough for many applications. For presentation and high quality viewing of video or data in corporate boardrooms or post-production centers, a built-in 10 bit scan converter accepts signals from 15 kHz to 80 kHz as well as RGB, NTSC, PAL and video signals resulting in optimum signal reproduction. Inputs include Y/C and component video as well as stereo audio and RS-232C for remote control capability.
Designed for high definition display demands, the monitor also offers an option slot for decoders or future functions. This feature provides a systems approach for the user and will be beneficial in applications such as exhibition/trade shows and high definition information displays, says the company.
A built-in anti-reflective screen diffuses reflective light to maintain contrast, detail and color purity, and the 500 unit light output for maximum brightness adds another element of versatility in installation. At a depth of six inches and weight of less than 100 pounds, the monitor can be wall-mounted and is suitable for environments with high traffic, space limitations or aesthetic considerations. The design also features retractable "feet" for simple installation and carrying handles for portability.
