THE10 is an ATSC compliant HDTV broadcast encoder providing high reliability in the HDTV broadcasting chain. The internal Transport Stream multiplexer allows the encoder to be chained with standalone SDTV encoders, providing economic expansion for multi-channel terrestrial broadcasts and seamless switchers between HDTV and SDTV. Other features include:
- Seamless HDTV video image processing
- Supports ATSC compliant 2.0 or 5.1 channel audio
- Standalone PSIP support
- ATSC closed-caption support
- Two auxiliary data channels
- Management & control via Ethernet or EIA-232
- Auto ranging power supply
- Analog & digital genlock
