- High Resolution Invar CRT: This product is equipped with an INVAR dot in-line gun picture tube and the company offers a choice between EBU- and ASP-phosphors. It has a dot pitch of 0.28 mm.
- Dynamic Astigmatism Focusing (DAF): BarcoNet1 ISH provides additional modulation of the electron beam (DAF) for consistent spot size, corner to corner.
- Illegal color detection: The optional 10 bit digital interface board allows the reproduction and detection of illegal colors. The operator is informed about the kind of violation (overflow and/or underflow) while the problem area is flashing.
- Safe Area Display (SAD): The Safe Area Display function allows the user to program 3 SAD formats as BOX or LINES-display in a variation between 10 and 100% with steps of 1%. With the CROSS function, a combined horizontal and vertical line is displayed and allows to determine a reference area in the picture.
- Reference Lines: In Delay mode, two vertical lines are displayed to highlight the start and end of the horizontal sync pulse or horizontal blanking.
- Equal light output for 16:9 and 4:3 formats. The CVM 3000 is the first control monitor that assures an equal light output, independent of size (under/overscan) or format (16:9-4:3) of the picture displayed.
- Multiple input configuration: 3 composite Video inputs or 2 composite Video inputs + 1 External Sync input ; 1 RGB input or 1 Y/R-Y/B-Y input ; 1 Y/C (S-VHS) Video input.
