Media 100, Intel Ally on Streaming Media Hosting Services

<%=company1%> (Marlborough, MA), is working with Intel Internet Media Services to provide high bandwidth hosting services for Internet broadcasters.

As part of the relationship, Intel Internet Media Services will work with Media 100's streaming media services division, Streamriver Networks, to provide a scalable streaming media host infrastructure from Media 100's encoding and hosting service centers in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

This will enable Media 100 to offer its roster of Internet broadcast clients worldwide – including Warner Brothers Online, MTVi, HBO and VH1 – with a global network of streaming media hosting capabilities to facilitate the growing volume of streaming media content broadcast over the Internet.

Additionally, the two companies have entered into a marketing agreement to market streaming media services jointly provided by Streamriver Networks and Intel Internet Media Services.
