N/AE1WU digital broadcast monitor is a 16:9 32-inch (viewable area measured diagonally) flat monitor for use in critical evaluation. It features a 16:9 FD Trinitron CRT designed specifically for accuracy in production and post-production applications. Like the other monitors in the BVM-D series family, the 32-inch (viewable area measured diagonally) unit supports 480I, 720p and 1080I inputs directly, and will display each at its native frequency and resolution.
It conforms to ITU 709 and ITU 601 standards as well as SMPTE 240M. Its signal versatility allows it to be controlled in one completely integrated, multi-control system, both with other BVM-D monitors and with Sony's BVM series monitors. For even greater flexibility, the 32-inch (viewable area measured diagonally) monitor features four option slots that allow the use of input decoder and expansion boards for a variety of input configurations. In addition, N/AE1WU offers digital uniformity correction, digital landing correction, digital convergence and automatic presets for white balance and brightness.
