New Graphics, Editing Products from Inscriber at NAB2000

New at the show is Inscriber LIVE!Logo, a comprehensive broadcast quality 32 bit Serial Digital logo generator for post production and live television environments. LIVE!Logo gives users the ability to organize and display any number of logos, clocks, timers, text strings, animations and audio bytes (wav files).
Unique features include the ability for temperature to be captured in real-time from a standard temperature probe and creation and preview of analog clocks. In addition, any Windows TrueType font may be used for the digital clock, text string and temperature typeface, allowing stations to have a unique look and feel to their time and temperature display.
Inscriber LIVE!Clips is another new product at NAB. Inscriber LIVE!Clips is a video playout product for capture and playback of clips and live video, designed for use in news, sports, weather, music and other on-air 24 hour broadcast sequenced clip playback applications.
Created for the live environment, LIVE!Clips provides maximum flexibility and ease of use by allowing users to work with multiple playlists simultaneously and perform online playlist editing. Also available separately as software and board bundle or software only as Inscriber E-Clips.
The new Inscriber LIVE!Studio enables artists to create and deliver graphics on the fly by integrating five video tools into one NT-based system. LIVE!Studio incorporates an advanced online broadcast CG,
real-time motion effects, digital still store, alpha-aware paint system and an event sequencer. LIVE!Studio also includes a template utility designed for fast graphics creation.
LIVE!Studio's new features also include spell checker, clock, text on a spline, paint live to video and blur filtering. Also available as a separate software and board bundle or software only as Inscriber VMP Studio.
The latest version of Inscriber LIVE!RTX is also making its debut at NAB. Live!RTX includes development tools for rapidly creating custom information channels that combine streams of dynamic data with program video. LIVE!RTX provides live data-driven titling solutions for sports broadcasts, elections, financial news, stock tickers, home shopping channels, weather displays, subtitling, info channels and more.
New features of RTX include robust and flexible video clip playback, a simplified programming interface, and sophisticate layering of active graphics, digital clips, and background video. Also available separately as software and board bundle or software only as Inscriber RTX Developer Studio.
Non-Linear Editor Plug-in
A new Inscriber TitleMotion graphics plug-in is now available for NT and Windows-based NLE systems and will be demo-ed at the show. All graphics created with Inscriber TitleMotion include full key-channel support, so the titles can be laid over the video clip with full transparency. TitleMotion's new features include over 250 pre-designed templates, over 150 new text styles, blur filter, spell checker and text on a spline. Inscriber TitleMotion is available for Adobe Premiere, Avid MCXpress, Discreet edit, DPS Velocity RT, IMC Incite, in-sync Speed Razor, and Media 100 Finish.
Options for Character Generators
Inscriber will debut a new file converter option for Chyron systems. Inscriber's Chyron File Converter Option allows video professionals quickly and easily converting Chyron message files to fully editable Inscriber layout formats. A new automation option lets broadcasters expand their current News Automation System to display live data in a broadcast ready graphic layout.
