nSTREAMS Technologies Inc. was founded in 1995. The mission of nSTREAMS Technologies is to exploit the full potential of MPEG technologies, and to develop the digital video server products and accompanying solutions for the emerging media server industry. Our technologies include a patented "System and Process for Delivering Digital Data on Demand". Our open architecture with UNIX operating system enables us to deliver high in performance, multi-stream media server at an affordable price.

During the past three years, we successfully developed and deployed a family of media server products, including NTSC and PAL MPEG-1 servers,and NTSC and PAL MPEG-2 servers and DVB servers. Our servers were qualified and installed by U.S. and NTSC and PAL MPEG-1 servers international Video-On-Demand service providers. And now we have completed the development and began deployment of our turnkey solutions based on these digital media servers. The applications for our media servers and solutions include Hotel Pay Movie Service, Corporate Training and Interactive Education, Karaoke Automation, Kiosks (Point Of Presence), Broadcast and Cable TV Near Video-On-Demand, Digital Advertisement Insertion and etc. The turnkey solutions from nSTREAMS not only address the video streaming requirements but also offer a set of comprehensive and easy to use video-ordering mechanisms.

nSTREAMS is a privately funded company. Our funds came from world renowned venture funds and strategic alliances including computer manufacturing and distribution companies. We have strong ties with SYNNEX Information Technologies, Inc. of Fremont, California, USA and MiTAC, Inc. of Taiwan. SYNNEX is a major U.S. PC component distributor and computer system integrator with annual sales exceeding US $3 billion; whereas MiTAC is one of the largest PC manufacturers in the Pacific Rim.

nSTREAMS Technologies is aggressively working with our strategic partners in technology, in market development and in system integration, to bring this exciting new technology into the market and to make this technology the industry standard for video storage and delivery systems. We have formed several strategic relationships with the world's leading set top box manufacturers, for the worldwide CATV markets and have signed distribution agreements worldwide to meet our customers demand.

nSTREAMS Technologies is located right in the heart of the world famous technology innovation center, "Silicon Valley", where we are able to access to all necessary engineering talents, and technologies to meet new market requirements. We are located 5 minutes from San Jose International Airport (SJC), 45 minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
