VideoONE Recorder is a highly integrated half-size PCI Plug & Play board designed for real-time MPEG-1 capture. Real-time full SIF and 30 frames per second (fps) MPEG-1 IBBP capture is now possible with VideoONE Recorder. Only VideoONE Recorder can meet the low bandwidth requirements for video content over the Internet with quality MPEG-1 encoding. It enables MPEG1 encoding at bit rates from 64Kbps to 3.072Mbps, maintaining the highest video quality.
