Snell & Wilcox Appoints Financial Director
Phillips comes to Snell & Wilcox from the Rank Group plc, where he was for nine years Leisure Division director of Finance and IT, responsible for all aspects of Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Property and Purchasing, with over £700 million in sales.
Prior to Rank, Phillips served as Group Director of Operations for CMB Packaging in Brussels where he was responsible for Controllership, Financial Planning and Tax functions for the £2.5 billion international group.
Snell & Wilcox Chief Executive Officer John Spencer said of Phillips' appointment: "With twenty years as a director and chief financial officer at major plc's, Tim's vast experience and impressive track record will be invaluable assets."
Phillips is based at the company's Southleigh Park office near Havant, England.
