The HD1.5Plus is able to record and play up to 4 streams of standard uncompressed 8 or 10 bit 4:2:2 video and then, with a simple switch, record and play an uncompressed HDTV signal such as 1080i or 720P.

The HD1.5Plus adds to the foundation of the most feature rich VDR available on the market today giving users features such as: auto channel fill-in if one HDTV channel is lost, a viewable 16 x 9 presence output for confidence on VGA monitors, parallel and serial interface options and many others.
